Driveway
paving:
Paving your
driveway is an
investment,
adding value to
your property
and convenience
to your life.
At Diamond
Asphalt
Services, we
take the extra
time to attend
to details.
We understand
that a solid
base is
essential for a
quality finished
product.
The asphalt
itself needs to
be laid down
with sufficient
thickness to
ensure a long
life.
The edges need
to be finished
to give a neat
appearance.
We tamp the
edges with a 45
degree angle to
make them look
smooth.
Some others just
leave the edges
raw and rough
looking.
We are dedicated
to providing a
quality product
at a reasonable
price.
We stand behind
our work.
We understand
that a business
is based on
referrals and we
want our
customers to
tell their
friends &
neighbors how
satisfied they
are with Diamond
Asphalt
Services.
Parking lot
paving:
When
a parking lot at
a business needs
to be replaced
or overlaid this
is a big
inconvenience
and impact on
the business.
We work with
business owners
to minimize this
impact.
This may involve
closing the
parking area in
sections in
order to not
require you to
close while the
project is
completed.
Or it may
involve choosing
a day of the
week that best
works for the
business to
close in order
to minimize
inconvenience.
Approach
ways:
An approach way
is a small apron
of asphalt where
the driveway
meets the road.
This section of
asphalt is
required by some
cities and
counties as part
of new
construction
projects.
It may also be
something that
you want to do
just because you
are tired of
fixing potholes
in your gravel
driveway from
repeatedly
turning off of
the road and
onto your
driveway causing
damage. Many
large asphalt
paving companies
are not willing
to do these
projects because
they are too
small.
We at Diamond
realize the need
to complete
these small jobs
and are willing
to do many
smaller projects
that our larger
competitors will
not.
Patching:
Many
times a parking
area does not
need to be
replaced or a
complete
overlay.
Possibly a small
section may be
damaged by pot
holes, extensive
cracking (called
Alligatoring),
settling,
puddles, root
damage or a
multitude of
different
causes.
These areas can
be neatly
saw-cut out,
removed,
repaved, and
then sealed at
the seams to
extend the life
of a parking
area with less
expense.
We find that
some customers
do not call to
get an estimate
for parking
areas with
damage because
they fear that
it cannot be
fixed and must
be completely
replaced.
The opposite is
true.
By deferring
maintenance,
damage
continues.
Don’t wait.
By repairing
areas that are
damaged, you can
save cost.
Because, once
the damage is
too severe a
replacement is
the only choice.
Call us today to
make an
appointment for
your free
consultation &
estimate.
Let us come out
and meet with
you to discuss
your needs.
We are big
enough to do the
job and small
enough to care.
